"My experience with them after being a 30 year customer, that had only one small claim ( my neighbors house burnt down and ashes damaged my roof so SF prorated some of the new roof) and always paid on time. Very dismal treatment. I had been an April Smith customer but when she retired 10 years ago or so.... I was passed to this office. Never felt the same friendliness in the office. Then last trip I met the son of the owner agent. He was so arrogant and reminded me of Kieran Culkin's character in the Sucession series."

"Derik Moss Clark, clearly a great agent bar none. He was professional and courteous throughout our entire conversation. I was extremely pleased with my outcome. "My husband and I cannot say enough wonderful things about Marc and his staff. They actually care about you no matter who you are or how much money you have. Feels like my family already. After having many issues, being over charged and handled very unprofessionally, we changed agents and couldn't be happier. So, if your unhappy with your agent, dont cancel State Farm, just change your agent. I recommend Marc Sonnier, he is by far, the best agent Ive ever had the pleasure of working with. It doesn't really matter where you are located, it can all be handled easily over the phone. Thank you Marc for having our best interest in mind, taking time with us explaining options and what everything we are paying for actually covers. We have the best possible insurance with the best price. We are fully covered still with better prices and a better understanding."
